Nathan York and York Construction

Representing a 3 rd generation in the construction industry, Nathan York is the President of Nathan York Construction Inc. As such, he is responsible for maintaining and running a profitable business, overseeing all construction projects from start to finish and managing a team of construction professionals who provide all aspects of building improvements including estimating, contracts, scheduling, accounting and project management.

Nathan is no stranger to the building industry, having over 30 years experience (6 years of hands on training in all trades and 24 years as a licensed building contractor). All of this has taught him the importance of attention to detail and customer satisfaction. An advocate of honesty and moral principles, York Construction has long depended on word of mouth, the strength of its reputation and the quality of its work to drive business. Maintaining a conservative overhead he is able to pass these savings on to the client.

Qualifications and Accomplishments

•  Nathan is a General Building Contractor and holds a B-1 contractors license from the Contractors State Licensing Board. License #492419

•  Nathan helps property owners from start to finish with all types of building projects from residential, to commercial and from remodel to new ground-up construction.

•  Nathans varied background in all building trades has provided the perfect foundation for his ability to manage projects and problem solve architectural design and structural issues, looking beyond the agenda at hand to make sure no conflict exists with other systems or the overall completion of the project.

•  Passionate about honesty and integrity in business, Nathan provides leadership in managing building projects; this allows owners to achieve their goals with peace of mind. They can rest easy knowing their project will be run efficiently and on schedule, the result being a completed project on time and within budget.

•  Nathan has completed commercial projects such as McDonalds, Chili's, Yoshinoa Beef Bowl restaurants, as well as several private Country Club projects and Auto Dealerships.

•  In residential work, Nathan loves the challenge of complex designs and has completed high end homes in Montecito, Brentwood, Calabasas, Beverly Hills , San Marino and Newport among others.
